Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at [support@surgicalsathi.com] or call our customer care number with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • If the order is successfully canceled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched or delivered, unless in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product delivered is expired or not as described

  • Missing items in a sealed package

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)

  • You must raise a request within 7 days of receiving the order

Please note: Certain products like personal hygiene items, consumables, or sterile medical supplies may not be eligible for return or refund due to health and safety reasons, unless they are found to be damaged or defective on delivery.

How to Request a Refund:

  3. Once verified, our team will guide you through the pickup/return process

  4. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Mode of Refund:

  • All refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
