Shipping Timeframe

We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within 0 to 7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

  • Metro Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999, based on the delivery location and package weight.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you make a payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment in real-time. You can also log in to your SurgicalSathi account to view order status and tracking updates.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, etc.)

  • COVID-19 or government-imposed restrictions

  • Service limitations in remote areas

In case of any delay, our team will proactively keep you informed and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At present, SurgicalSathi ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
